How do I make an appointment?
Our first consultation will be by phone to make sure that the services we provide are appropriate for your needs. This call is free. You can schedule a session by calling (618) 213-3046 or submit a request through my Contact Me page and I will call you.
Where are you located?
I am located at 617 Walnut St in Murphysboro, IL. I share office space with Amelia Schoen Massage Therapy and we share a building with Jackson County Child Advocacy Center.
What if this is an emergency?
If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
What types of counseling do you do?
I provide counseling for individuals, couples, families, groups, children, teens, and adults.
How much will it cost?
I charge $125 per clinical hour (45-50 minutes) before any insurance benefits. For additional information on fees, see my Pricing and Services page.
Are services confidential?
All services are confidential with the exception of certain circumstances I am required to report such as child or elder abuse or neglect, danger to yourself or someone else, and responding to court orders. For more information see my privacy policy and practice policies.
What are your qualifications?
I have a masters degree in Counseling and have been licensed by the state of Illinois to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Play Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
