Our Philosophy

Our close relationships are important to our mental and emotional well-being and when they are strained, it affects many areas of our lives. In fact, secure relationships are one of the main factors that contribute to the resilience we need to cope with adverse experiences. We specialize in helping couples and families improve their relationships. Healthy relationships are the key to coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, and many other issues. Because of this, our goal is to help everyone have strong, healthy relationships.

We're here for you.

We take a person-centered approach to helping our clients.  This means that YOU are a valuable and essential part of your care.  If you ever have questions about the process of therapy, or why we do what we do, or even if something just isn't working for you, please let us know!   We are happy to answer questions and let you "see behind the curtain."  Most importantly, we want your input as we make and remake plans for helping you best!
