Welcome to our office!  We are located in Milwood Executive Suites, which is at 1400 N Wood Rd, Murpysboro, IL 62966.  It's on IL-13 between Carbondale and Murpysboro.  We also offer online video appointments for the convenience of our clients.  

When you arrive, just let the receptionist know who you are here to see and have a seat in the waiting room.  Your clinician will come find you!  

*Note that the building doors are locked before 9am and after 5pm, therefore your clinician will come to the front door to let you in during those times.
